After my conversion, I was left to seek the Truths from God's Word and those God-send blessed tracts from England and Ireland really got me moving and growing by leaps and bounds. I remember back then I was so zealous for my new found faith that when I understood about water baptism, I could not wait and called a pastor in town to baptize me. However, after several calls, he declined my requests because I was not his church members. Later I got transferred to a small town to teach and there I worshiped at an Evangelical Church. It was there that after few months, I was water-baptized in the Name of The father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. A few weeks later I was elected as one of the deacons. More opportunities were opened up to me to serve alongside the pastors and other church leaders. That very same year I was appointed as the Youth Leader. It was tough but by His grace I pulled through. Even today I am still invited to share among the youths.
